We/I hereby certify that We/I are/am the parent(s)or guardian(s)of the child(ren) participating and do hereby give our/my consent without reservation to the foregoing on behalf of My Child.

PHOTOGRAPHY PERMISSION

I authorize and grant MNEO Designs to take my photos regarding my experiences with them.

SOCIAL MEDIA/Marketing RELEASE

I grant MNEO Designs to use my photos on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other social media platform.
I allow MNEO Designs to edit, alter, copy, or distribute the photos for social media advertising and marketing...

LATE ARRIVAL FEES

MNEO Designs will allow clients to be a MAX of 10 mins late without fee (if scheduling allows) with notification from client. Beyond 10mins the client will be charged $1 dollar per minute to a max of $30mins (if scheduling allows).

PRINTING AGREEMENT

I WILL NOT USE A TABLET or CELL PHONE WHEN PRINTING my photos.Any photos that I plan to EVER print will have no contact with ANY mobile device or ANY KIND!!!!

EDIT SELECTIONS

YOU HAVE ONE MONTH (4WEEKS)(28 days) TO MAKE YOUR EDIT SELECTIONS.
FOR EACH ADDITIONAL MONTH OVER THAT TIME YOU WILL BE CHARGED $20 PER MONTH.
(EXAMPLE:)
Your gallery was uploaded on Sept 20/2020. Your gallery selections were sent over on Oct 19th 2020.
That is a total of 29 days (1 day over the 4 week mark) So you will be charged $20 for going 1 day over.
Charges will continue to accumulate until you have reached the original total cost of your session.
If this happens you will be required to pay the total session fee AGAIN to receive anything from your session.!!

DOWNLOAD TIME

You have 2 WEEKS to download the photos once they are sent.
I UNDERSTAND THE GALLERY IS JUST TEMPORARY Once the gallery is removed and if you have not downloaded the photos, the cost is $10 to upload galleries again.
